Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. Final invoice was clearly explained, cost was reasonable and in-line with the original discussion.
