Five stars is not enough for Marlborough Place. If you ever had the opportunity to spend time there you would find an owner who does not only concern himself with the business end of the Assisted living home but also takes a hands on approach and you will frequently find him spending quality time with his clients. As for the staff, you will find a group of very hard workers who are passionate about what they do and make everyone calling Marlborough Place home feel like they are family.Thumbs up

I have to say that I was thrilled with all aspects of the service Paige and the men provided recently. To be specific, it was wonderful that Paige arranged to have the ducts cleaned the same day I called. Quite extraordinary! My situation was critical. Relatives were coming (unexpectedly) to visit the next day. As I had just purchased a very old house where the former residents smoked, had old and sickly dogs, and a cat that didn’t use the overloaded litter box; the conditions were ripe to send my allergy-sensitive company into sensory distress.
The young men were very polite, competent, worked quickly but not rushed, and were willing to let me poke my nose to see just how bad my vents were. I was AMAZED and quite DISGUSTED at the level of filth. The cold air return was carpeted in dust... and I had to wonder how long it takes for a dead mouse to become desiccated to the point that only its skeleton remains! A couple more things before I close off. No one try to “upsell” services that other companies recommended – like spraying the vents. For this alone, I am grateful for the honesty and patience in explaining why. Finally, I was surprised when the fellows left and cheerfully said, “See you in 5 years.” Five years? You mean, I won’t be harassed year after year to have my ducts cleaned? Wow! Now, I’m speechless.
