I wanted to thank Gordon H. Service technician for Cambridge area for doing an excellent job of replacing my sump pump. I received same day service from Hy Pro following the September rain storm. Gordon went above and beyond. He even helped pour my bucketed water into the sump pump basin. The new pump was well tested. Thanks for helping out and relieving our anxiety over our mini flood. The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.
