Ok so Sauga is full of great places, and Axia is one of those great places we always meet friends at when we're in the region.
The sushi here is quality and consistent. You can tell right away that they use a higher grade of fish than some of the local AYCE (all-you-can-eat) places. The Dragon rolls and spicy rolls are pretty much different than any other place I've been to which keeps me coming back.
The wifey doesn't like sushi, so she likes to stick with the Chinese and Thai food which she absolutely loves.
The look and feel is nice, sort of like an outdoorsy theme. Service was friendly and fast and the bill is reasonable for a place like this.
Anyways, give Axia a try, it's one of those places that'll keep you coming back for more.

Went to Dim Sum New years morning at 11:00 the restaurant was 1/4 full by 11:45 it was lined up outside.
Food was very good and portion sizes were good.
Staff was very friendly and smiling. Food came very quick and we ate a lot total bill was $49.95 total for 4 of us.
I will be back again without a doubt.

Went here again and it was delicious once again. Perfect place to eat and see a movie, have christmas lunch/dinner. Its extremely busy on Family Day.

The best Asian restaurant in Oakville by far! We have been long time customers, dined and taken out food dozens of times over the past 12 years and NEVER been disappointed. Coconut beef curry is tender and exquisitely flavoured. Great food at very affordable prices.

Word out on street is this is Brampton's Best Old Style Chinese Restaurant. I brought another hungary man with us so party of 4. June 9th/2011 at 18:40hrs we are here to rate the restaurant. Free tea was served and order:(1)Shrimp in Lobster Sauce $14.00/ (1) Cantonese Noodle with BBQ Pork $8.00/ 1/2 Roast Duck $9.00/ (1) Beef with Chinese Broccoli $9.50/ (1) Mushroom Fried Rice $7.50/ (3) Shrimp Won Ton Soups $10.50/ (1) Crab Meat Corn Soup $4.00/ (4) Steam Rice Bowls $6.00....FOOD: The lobster sauce was watery canadian style..roast duck was perfect...fries noodle was perfect..beef and broccoli was old school(beef was tender)..rice was good light soya sauce was used-good!...Soups was homemade and very Yummy...Brampton Best is Still#1...I am comming back.....

My boyfriend and I often go here because it's the only Dim Sum we know that uses carts in Mississauga. We particularly like it as they seem to have a much wider selection (e.g. crab claws, suckling pig) than normal restaurants which serve Dim sum.
In terms of quality, I don't think they are best. I have had much better quality of food at other restaurants. Also, even though the selection is vast... What happened to the shui mai? How do you have crab claws and not shui mai?!?! (Edit: Found out you need to order the shui mai... I did and it was not good at all)
I noticed the cart ladies seem to be a bit more strange than at other restaurants... Some will FLY past you, others will scream food names right at you. It is kind of fun for me and my boyfriend to laugh about. (I should note we are both Chinese and both have gone to various restaurants for Dim Sum, and we notice the cart ladies here are particularly strange)
What I found particularly interesting is how many non-Chinese people eat here. I think it's the only Dim sum place I have seen to have such a variety of people here.
I should note that this place gets amazingly busy around noon. My boyfriend and I tend to go around 10:30 or 11 and usually find a seat quickly. If you come at 12 (especially looking for a larger table) you are doomed! haha
So to sum it up:
-Amazing and sometimes unique selection... except that the shui mai has disappeared!
-Decent food quality but not the best. E.g. The shrimp in the ha gow tastes fishy, the dough fritter in the chun fun is soggy sometimes, the spare ribs in the black bean spare ribs w/rice are so boney ahhh!
-Strange cart ladies lol. Sometimes rude, sometimes friendly
-Get there before 12 if you don't like waiting! It's actually more normal to eat Dim sum earlier in the day anyway :).
Also, it seems one reviewer on here stated that the adults and kids are noisy. This is normal for a Chinese restaurant, especially as one as big as Emerald.
