There is absolutely something to be said for dealing with a local business. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. Our old refrigerator died. We decided to buy a large separate fridge/freezer. After doing some research online we stopped buy to compare prices and were very pleasantly surprised to find not only did they have the unit we wanted in stock, but the floor model was on sale.
