The idea is to get the glass hot and molten, then bunch or gather the glass to gain glass strength. Once I have acquired the desired shape, I blow just enough air into the neon sign tube to keep the glass diameter consistent in size with the rest of the tube. The tube is held in its position for seconds while it cools and hardens. Electrodes, the electrical connectors, are welded on to the end of the neon sign tube and the tube is now ready for the evacuation, bombardment, and gas filling process.
We'll put your message where your potential customers can see it!!! ... All day EVERY day!'Use the sign sites we offer to literally 'TALK' to the people that drive by or pass that location every day. After all most of them live or work in your area! We're asked most...'Will my sign work?' Surprisingly, you already know the answer, because you'd never offer your goods or services for free, because too many customers would come in the door demanding the free services offered!Want more business... No better way to get it than to tell potential customers what you can do for them, and why they should work with you... And don't just tell them once... Tell them EVERYDAY!!!
