EXCELLENT SERVICE & PEOPLE....I had RAW Sewage backing up into my basement. I called and they came within 2 hours, problem was fixed within an 1 hour and they even cleaned the affected area in my basement before they left. I had what I thought was a plumbing emergency. I called Steve the owner and a young man was at my door in less than 20 minutes during this pandemic. He did what needed to be done and I was an extremely happy customer in less than an hour. This was not my first time using Steve Co. The owner is great and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable, not city prices. Great job gentleman.

Review: I contacted H&N Basement Worx regarding some water problems on the exterior of my home. After a thorough consultation, we ruled out the foundation as the source of the problem. Despite this, Robert and Dave continued to offer their expertise by assessing some photos of the damage that I sent through email - and even a trip to my house on a Saturday afternoon where they inspected the area and offered some advise on how I could try to find the source of the problem. They took the time to do this knowing full well that there was no possibility of securing work from me. Not a level of service often seen these days!

I needed venting for a kitchen, laundry and upper bathroom sink reconfiguration done. Tim and his apprentice Jess were amazing and friendly!
