Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place
