The Economic Council of Haut-Richelieu (CLD) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1981. Thereafter, the CEHR (CLD) has undergone many changes, both structurally and in terms of the mandate was dedicated. In 1998, the Economic Council of Haut-Richelieu became a CLD.
