We love The Keg and often celebrate special events there. This past Tuesday evening, we had such family celebration and had special requests to make. The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding! Thanks to Austin and Katherine who did made the evening one of excellence!

Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. The staff is always very pleasant. Every time I have visited, I've been delighted by the enthusiasm and attentiveness that the servers have paid to our meals (particularly when we ordered 16 separate orders of wings, and our server not only memorized our orders, but also who ordered what).
