The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.
