À la Fût brew in St-Tite since 2007 and specializes in beers aged in oak barrels.
In 2011, the typically western restaurant diversified the offer of À la Fût. Whether in our beers or on the menu of our restaurant and pub, local producers are privileged; so we use local and organic barley as much as grass-fed beef, maple syrup or St-Tite rabbit pogos.
