The technician Justin that arrived to my house to address the issue with my fridge was not only knowledgeable but polite and respectful. Michelle, booked the appointment for the visit. Both Michelle and Justin get an A+ for their customer service skills. I highly recommend this company if you have an appliance that needs to be serviced.

I like this store. Customer service is excellent. Freshly baked hot bread is just $1 or even less. I buy synthetic oil there for my car for half price, and many other stuff. It would be great if I could find also Christmas Stollen in your store.

I have had the nicest experience dealing with Newmarket Radio
Hospital. The repair needed to go to the shop and I was concerned
about additional cost of the "IN THE SHOP" situation, but to my
surprise the problem was fixed the next day and the cost wasn't
as bad as I though it was going to be. A BIG THUMBS UP!

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well.
