We were so happy to find a gluten-free restaurant where our daughter could enjoy a meal.They were very patient and friendly. She enjoyed a hamburger and fries. Something she could not have anywhere else. We will be returning there very soon to try some other items on their large Gluten-free menu.Our omelettes were delicious as well. Can't say enough about George, his staff, and the great food. Now that we have moved to Windsor we miss this restaurant. We take 50 of his egg rolls home with us every trip.

This is where we always go - take-out or eat-in, it's never dissapointed us in 5 years. Don is an excellent, friendly host as is the rest of his family. Yes, the decor is a little tired, but it's not an interior decorating store- it's a restaurant and a very very good one.

I am new to SFs (3 yrs). Man Ling Restaurant is the only Chinese restaurant (except for 1 in Brockville) that I eat at, for a number of reasons:
First all of their food is MSG-free, is fabulous and always fresh (nothing heated up from 2 hours ago). The best egg rolls ever and my favourite is beef and green peppers. I have eaten there over 25 times and it's always perfect. Hats off to Man Ling. Don't forget the service, relaxed and friendly staff. My favourite restaurant of all time (a 10).

This little fish and chip shop on main street in Prescott is by far the best in the Ottawa area. I have tried a couple others in Brockville and still will drive out a little farther to have the food from here. It is take-out mostly but does have a sitdown type bar with a few stools for while you wait and the staff is always pleasant. The batter on the fish is wonderful, the filling is mostly fish and not batter alone, as some other places offer, and the fries are to die for also; never over cooked and home-made. They have stuffed mushrooms and recently when I was there a new menu item of the great fries with finely ground and seasoned hamburger and melted cheese with green onion and hot jalapena peppers -- hmm hmmm very good. The owner is really named Tim and is a very nice guy who is often on site. Reasonable prices for all you get with some left over.
