Their estimate was accurate, changes I requested were quoted before work proceeded and the work site was kept safe and tidy. We had an emergency in the middle of the trip. It was the first big snow storm and Greg was so gentle to help us soon. We spent the whole morning there, he changed the main belt, the joints, he fixed our heating (thanks god, we needed so many times!)... Besides being a very good professional, he was kind to offer us coffee for that cold morning. Where in other place we were given a budget of 3000$ to fix the car, he did it for much less and after 7 months, we are not disappointed. Recommended!!!

I cant say enough about Lisas work - her enthusiasm, sense of humour and can-do attitude are amazing. She really goes so over & above the large commercial vendors in this business that it blows them away. She went outside the norm and did a little personal shopping for me to enhance my order, as I am not in the area....wow. I have recently found these guys after searching for a place that actually cares, unlike other places (ALL local big name stores shall remain unmentioned), and will now not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. They treat you more like a family then a customer and are always willing to spend the time to talk to you and let you browse.
