I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. Best organic produce selection in Perth. The staff are friendly and they offer opportunities for people who have special needs, training them in a kind, respectful manner. Theres a larger store around the corner but I find the selection ranges are better here.

Carry a quite reasonable amount of products for a rural store.
Has handled the COVID-19 demands well. Have reusable cloth facemasks embroidered with Sharbot Lake is all in this together for $3.99. Good for community spirit.

This is my favourite store in Kingston! I love so many things about your store, fresh produce, bread, fish and meat products and prepared food. I have a suggestion. In the eating area there is no place to get a glass of water. Since I see you competing with Whole Foods, this is something they have and I do miss whenever I decide to have lunch while Im shopping. Thanks for the fun shopping!

The very angry comment that has been posted is surely an anomaly. We shop at this Loblaws frequently and find it has a great selection of goods, friendly service, and, yes, easy parking. Its one of my favourite grocery stores.
