The quality of the blinds were second to none. I love the fact that they are locally made. The staff are extremely friendly from James who came out to measure, the lady in the office and Don the installer. I did get quotes form other suppliers and they were about 30% less and because they are local they dont charge any shipping

Called them looking for a 15 year old part. I talked to Doug he told me he'd have a look and call me back. He called me back, told me he found one. He delivered it to my house and charged me nothing. That kind of service is impossible to find any more!
