I brought my car to Ferrante to an estimate. It was one of the coldest days of the year, but Mike examined the car and provided a fair estimate. I was strong-armed by my insurance adjuster to have the repairs done at their own service centre. I sent a cheque to Mike for his trouble, but he refused to accept any recompense.
Any future repairs will be done at Ferrante!

I thought the work was 100% satisfactory along with his amazing staff who managed to follow up a month later making sure everything was working accordantly.
