For over two decades I worked in the sporting goods industry as a sales representative for several leading companies. I made lots of money but my knowledge on how to safely create wealth was poor. I gave my money to professionals who I had hoped would protect and grow my wealth. After taking financial hits in 2000 and 2008, I realized my financial gameplan was not working. As fate would have it, not long after that an acquaintance of mine sent me a book and said that I had to read it. The book was called "Bank On Yourself" by Pamela Yellen. I read it and then re-read it. If I had not known about this amazing financial concept, then there had to be millions of Canadians who also were unaware that they could create wealth safely and securely and have access to their money when they wanted it or needed it.
