I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. Vitality Yoga classes offer a nice combination of toning and strengthening. Each teacher has their own style and something nice to offer.
I personally enjoy the fine balance between this studio offers between getting a good stretch/workout as well as the stress relief, and mind calming benefits of the class that helps us really relax and let go. Vitality yoga does a great job at that. Love the meditation/relaxation at the end.

I was there to get a full highlights and trim on Saturday Feb 19 2017. Sahar did the work and she was amazing! I would definitely recommend her. She asked and listened to what I wanted to see in terms of a finished product and went to work, carefully applying highlights. She recommended taking about 3 inches off of my hair due to split ends but was completely OK when I said that I didn't want that much off, and that I would just like a small clean up. She mentioned how she would do the clean up

I have been a patient of Dr. Yvonne LAM at Wakefield Dental for over many years. In addition to the excellent care of Dr LAM and the team for my regular tooth/gum care, I suffered a trauma to one of my front teeth-it broke in half..YIKES. The reception staff, Tracey and all, did get me in same day. Dr Lam repaired the tooth with her usual expertise, can't even tell where the repair starts. I just wanted to thank Dr. Lam and the entire staff for their compassionate and excellent care.
