Born and raised in Chilliwack, he obtained four years of chiropractic prerequisites including kinesiology from Fraser Valley College and Simon Fraser University. He met his wife, Ann, in college and they remain happily married since exchanging vows in 1988. He passionately embraces the adventure of raising two teenage daughters. Other passions include singing/songwriting, time spent outdoors to fish or hunt, skiing, and building his bushplane. He’s particularly fond of dogs and a good laugh.
