It makes challenging topics easier to talk about, provides an outlet for distressing emotions and can help increase confidence, curb anxiety, and break self-destructive behaviour. It can also be a lot of fun! Our time together will relieve stress, heals old wounds, uncover hidden strengths, and transform your current situation. Note: you do NOT have to be an artist to participate in art therapy!
