I had my wisdom teeth taken out at Highstreet Dental. The dental staff did a great job at keeping me calm as i was very nervous to get this done. Dr.Jeff is amazing with needles as I could barely feel them. And as for pulling the teeth (which I was previously referred to an oral surgeon by another dentist), Dr. Jeff ensured I was comfortable the whole time and I had a great healing process afterwards and went to work the next day only experiencing discomfort for a day or two.

I have been practicing at Soul since they first opened in Dec 2011 and I must say it is one of the most gorgeous studios in Calgary. I have been practicing and teaching in Calgary for the last few years and have been so happy to find Soul Hot Yoga as it is so close to home in South Calgary (McKenzie). Aside from the gorgeous decor, imppecable cleanliness, cooling face cloths after class and welcoming front desk staff, the CLASSES are awesome! Every class is different and wherever you are in life, you can find a class suited to your level/preference all in one day.
