If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! The customer service, professionalism, and quality of the mechanics are amazing. I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing. Shane called to tell me what had been done and that my vehicle was ready to go, he was informative and very kind! I can not recommend this place more and I couldn’t be happier.

Exceptional customer service! Very efficient and helpful. Was able to get in to get my winter tires on and off during peak season when everywhere else was a two week wait! I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

phoned to get an electrician to install a ceiling fan and a light. Came within 2 hours. The fan I wanted installed had to be return. He said just call back tomorrow when you get the new fan and I install it. Great job, came back the next day took a bit to install and did a great job. Was friendly and very professional. Would recommend this company for any of your electrical needs.
