I am a newer patient at the clinic(less 6 months) and I was referred by a friend. I see Dr Gadanski whom has helped me a great deal with my chronic pain problems. I have been to this salon 3 times, once before C-19 and twice since. Each time I have gotten in easily, I wash my own hair, of course. Such good hairdressers and even masked they are pleasant and comfortable to be getting my hair worked on. I love the cut and the time they give me.

Went to Jenny today for the second time, she did amazing better then what I expected. Anyway, I wanted to lose weight. I realized food in = food out. So, I changed my eating habits. Yet, it never really stuck. I'd lose weight, but it would bottom out. I would gain it back. As long as I created inertia with exercise and eating healthy, it would work.Sometime 10 to 15 years ago, I was very motivated to lose weight, and I was getting desperate.
