I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. I'd had the same hair style for 60 years. Went to May's to get dark streaks put in my silvery mousy hair. She asked how much I wanted cut off, and I told her, you decide what would look good on me. She cut off about 9 inches, above shoulder length, and slightly layered it. She also dyed my sliver eyebrows darker. I was shocked at my different look, told her I liked it, and now 1-1/2 weeks later I tuck my hair behind my ears and it looks great! I'm told I look younger. I love it and will go back.
