Cafe-bistro La Bistrote was opened in July 2009 by owner and chef Dana Elsliger. Dana has had a passion for cooking since childhood, and has been a chef for over 10 years now. During that time, she has worked in several different types of restaurants and has learned all the tricks of the trade, both inside and outside the kitchen. That led her to finally fulfill her longtime dream of opening her very own restaurant, which took the form of La Bistrote.
