Once I had decided to go ahead and have my phone opened to see why it wasnt charging, Richard, the tech, tried something else first. He used an air hose to check for dust. A huge piece popped out. We plugged in the phone, it worked perfectly. Richard even helped me with a few settings I wasnt sure of. Excellent service. No charge. Will definitely go back!
