Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Haven't used a taxi in years but had to use twice today. Booked in advance. Dispatcher was nice to deal with. Drivers arrived on time. Cab was decent. Drivers were pleasant and friendly. Paid cash and got seniors discount. Overall, I am pleased with Deluxe Taxi.

We took our dog here after he got into some mouse poison when we first moved into our new cottage. Once we brought him there they did a full check on him and the mouse poison, determined that the specific type wasn't as harmful to dogs as to rodents. He turned out to be fine. But these veterinarians were the most friendly and caring I have dealt with and treated our little guy with so much love. We felt very comfortable with him in their hands.
