Sue's Yoga in Port Elgin offers classes year-round. From September to the end of June: Monday and Friday mornings: Beginner and intermediate Hatha Yoga classes in St. John's Anglican Parish Hall, in Port Elgin. Wednesday evening "Gentle Fitness" classes in Elgin Lodge Fitness Room in Port Elgin. In July and August, classes are at the beach. There are many opportunities to practice yoga outdoors. Back-up venues are used when weather is unsuitable. Special classes: every second weekend of each month: De-stress with YOGA NIDRA, or deep relaxation for 80 minutes. No yoga experience required. Most classes: $14 for a drop-in, $65 for 5 classes, $120 for 10 classes. Special groups: Sue's Yoga will teach yoga and or hand drumming (13 drums available) to your group, such as Community Living or school group.
