They give good, practical advice around products that best suit you, and work so hard to make sure your hair is what you were looking for. For a small business of 3-4 staff, they go above and beyond. I had originally been recommended to go to Excellent Esthetics by a friend who had gone to the shop. Kim, the owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. I had gotten a Brazilian wax and it was very quick and painless, not to mention that the pricing was superb. Setting up an appointment was very easy to do so, as Kim works around your schedule. Definitely recommend going to Kim for anyone who is skeptical.
