Great experience with this location. It was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I was picked up from the auto body shop and offered a drop off when I returned the car. Paul and Michael made the process very easy and smooth. Thank you for the great experience. Definitely would recommend this location to friends and family.

He is incredibly helpful, always reasonable on from a pricing standpoint, and has never failed me, no matter how unique my rental requirements are. Great experience. I was picked up and returned from their office by a very polite, personable young gentleman. As I recall his name was Marwan.
He was also the person who signed me in. He did a great job of explaining all the extras that would be appropriate for me.
The Manager, Andrew, was also great. While I was there, I observed and heard him deal with many customers and a problem that he handled in an impressive manner, very polite and customer oriented.
I will return when I need to.

This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.
