I spent a lot of time looking for the right car rental agency as I needed to rent a car for a trip to Quebec City. I've rented from other places but this is the best: the people are the nicest, the car selection is great, the service is fast and efficient.

When my relatively new (3 years old) Sears snowblower died, and Sears refused to help me, I asked Pat's if they could take a look at it. After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.

These guys are all amazing!!!! My car broke down in the east end during my anniversary of all days. I called CAA and got it towed. Enterprise picked me up at my house in Etobicoke they were about to close and stayed open later just to help us out in our dire time of need. We got a rental, They gave us an amazing deal as always and we made it back downtown just in time for our dinner reservation :-)
