Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. In Sept 2006, Gina Petrocco purchased the Lasting Impressions business from the retiring c ouple. The store was a dream Gina had for a number of years. Gina has a broad background in business, leading a number of facility management groups for large corporations like Sperry and Microsoft. She left the business world to raise her son Alexander, the youngest of four children, in his early years. In 2001, as Alex began early school programs Gina found an interest in creating permanent floral arrangements. Initially starting with her own arrangements for her home, the demand grew and developed into a small home based business. As Gina found a real passion for arrangements she was drawn to the the festive Christmas season. She created a Christmas season home show which grew in popularity expanding to a seasonal retail location in the holiday season in 2005. Gina realized she has a knack for great customer service.
