The only issue I have with Purolator is that, in my opinion, the drivers don't wait long enough after knocking or ringing the doorbell. This isn't a Purolator only issue. Canada Post and any other service seems to have the same issue. I understand the drivers can't wait around all day for slow moving people, but I have heard them, gone to the door, and watched the truck drive away. Have been very happy with politeness and friendliness of drivers and store front staff.
