Dr. Robert Yale is amazing, I used to see Dr. Mulhall and he was an awful optometrist. The first time I went to see Dr. Yale, I knew then and there that I would be a return customer. I will admit I was never one for the gym and not much of a runner so when I came across Zumb,a I had fallen in love. I found the motivation I was looking for to stay active and to lead a healthy lifestyle. In my classes every workout feels like a party and because you're dancing you don't even realize you're working out. My love for motivating people as well as my love of music and dance makes my classes an experience you will never forget. I'm a very energetic person (and being a spicy Latin lady myself); my classes are I think quite unique to other Zumba classes and offer a passionate, sexy, fun vibe but yet everyone feels comfortable. You can come and be yourself and just let loose! Laugh it up, sing it up, and dance it up!
