I've had 40+ cars and have only gone to dealerships a few times. I happened to drive by Whitehall Auto sales and I'm glad I did. Bob is amazing. I bought a pick up truck three days ago and I'm very happy with the whole process. Bob is great to deal with and showed me all I need to on the truck. My car was towed last night and I called them last night and went to the tow yard but nobody answered phoned and nobody was at yard. I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)

Absolutely a pleasure dealing with Gary and the staff at Hare Motors. The weather has been horrible and I was exhausted searching for vehicles under 10K ( been to a few dealerships throughout the lower mainland) I was referred by a friend to go check out Hare Motors in Surrey. Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.

Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. I found them very easy to deal with with no pressure! With out even asking they gave me a really good deal which also included a 2 year warranty with Lubrico. After owning the truck I had a small leak in Radiator. With no questions asked they had it repaired. They also had the A/C topped up without even asking. I highly recommend Coast Way Auto to anyone who is looking for a reliable car at a reasonable price.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. This is the place I visited when I cam to Vancouver for the first time. In that sense, when I noticed people having a great time there, it always puts a smile on my face. This time, although it was quite busy as usual but my friends and I were seated promptly. Friendly server whose service was simply a top-notch. This place's got everything: a great atmosphere, something different from other run of the mill restaurants in town and also more importantly great food! This place is the perfect blend of bar and restaurant in the evenings which I easily enjoy most for the night out. Above all, their Bellini and French 75 are to die for!
