This gave him experience in all trades from finishing to drywall, masonry to concrete, and took him to Vancouver and eventually to Whistler. In 2002 Pelling Industries Ltd. was formed and Pelling began serving the water ingress problems of Whistler as well as doing high end renovations and building as a General Contracting firm. Shawn designed the web page that tracks all costs in real time, giving clients access to all aspects of the project.
