The first thing I liked about the service was having a human voice answer my call not like other companies who have a messaging service. Kris the owner kept me informed of the time he was to arrive and was prompt and on time. He was courtesy, skilled and knowledge. Kris got the repairs done in short order and did a through clean up. Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.
