I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Europe Lock & Key saved our bacon! I was using our only key for our Mercedes for a pry, and snapped it in half! No backup key!! He was able to recreate a key from two twisted halves! The financial nightmare of re-keying a MB avoided! He was skeptical that it would work...... but it did! A fantastic resolution to a potentially expensive lesson of always having a copy of an important key. A .50 cent screwdriver makes a much better pry, all McGyver aspirations aside!

Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage.
