The section now housing our store was where staples such as 100 pound bags of flour and sugar, barrels of molasses, coal oil and many other items needed by people in a small, then isolated, northern community were stored. In 1948 'the storeroom' became the Post Office and over the years has been the location for many businesses including a fried chicken take-out, home-made fudge shop and reputable jewellery store.The exterior will catch your eye with our massive hanging flower baskets and trailing window boxes that attract both hummingbirds and butterflies
