Peterborough Living Yoga is a gathering space for conscious community in Peterborough and the Kawarthas. We offer weekly classes in Yoga and meditation, Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in Peterborough (weekend format), Continuing Education for Yoga Teachers, and community events and workshops. We seek to create a space that is inclusive, compassionate, and inspiring for people with all levels of experience, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners. We chose the name Living Yoga to celebrate nature (which we are filling the space with), and because we believe in taking the teachings of Yoga off the mat and into our lives, for the benefit of all beings.
