Michael was very helpful with my problem as were the receptionists when I called on the status of my vehicle. Thx to tech Gary, who understood and agreed my problem with new cpu fan from other place is that it being more efficient, draws only .17 amp, but my mobo is expecting to see aprox .7 amp draw, that why it says cpu fan error and says shutting down in few secs. He found one less efficient, no amp rating findable, but being lower quality, likely closer to what mobo expects. Yipee !! Mobo excepts it. Other places disagreed with my diagnosis, saying bring in mobo for examination. :-) :-)
