Michelle Johal is a client-centered Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Therapist with experience in issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss and trauma. She has an eclectic approach to counselling, which means depending on your needs and desire, she will use the following therapies: narrative, interpersonal, solution focused, cognitive behavioural, existential, trauma informed, mindfulness and art therapy.

I strive to create a safe space to explore important life issues. I have a great private practice, working with individuals, couples, and families. I am counsellor in good standing with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).
