I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. We decided to purchase a multi zone ductless air conditioner/ heat pump. Novel Care has looked after us for many years. The technicians arrived early, respectfully removed their shoes and consulted us about the best placement. Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. I would highly recommend Clearair Solutions for any mould issues you may have. They are a very professional and highly efficient company with a highly skilled team. I had a problem in my attic and had to remove everything in my entire second floor in order for them to get rid of the mould. They were very tidy and thorough.
