I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! We had CVG install a Mirage Retractable Screen. Chris was very helpful explaining our various options and once decided had the unit installed in less than an hour. It works great and we are very happy with the screen and the install. Would we recommend CVG...definitely. Would we buy other products from them...definitely.

Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.
