We try to make it out to Little Louis every few months. The menu is always fantastic and the service is impeccable. The food is a fine dining experience in my opinion, with many layers and nuances to each dish. For our last visit our server was Josef. He was able to describe each dish on the menu in detail and made excellent wine recommendations for each course. Our favorite restaurant by far.

On Feb. 23, I took my Mum(93) to Skipper Jacks for Smelts and when we arrived were told they had run out but just waiting for their supplier. We weren't able to wait and they kept apologizing but we started to leave when Jonathan from the kitchen and said he would go buy some and would be back in 15 minutes, we sat and in 20 minutes, Mum was enjoying the best smelts she had ever eaten. They certainly went an extra mile for us and as it is so hard to get Mum out we cannot THANK them enough. Peggy

Not a huge variety, but what was there was very good. The chicken wings were great, the chicken balls were more meat than breading, the rice was good, it was clean and the staff were very friendly. I go to the Island for the harness racing and will definitely go back to this restaurant. At $10.95 for a lunch buffet, it's hard to beat this one!!!

The China Garden is close to my home so the location is convenient. The food is always ready for pickup at the time given and the service is good in the restaurant also. The food is delicious & we would recommend the restaurant.
