Corriveau Cadd takes pride in having accurate drawings with substantial detail. We do not create bare bone drawings, they are loaded with information eliminating any site discrepancies. Over the years we have found that the majority of people have difficulties understanding typical 2D architectural drawings making the visualization capabilities the 3D design offers an obvious choice for keeping the clients informed of changes, layout form and function. Clients are fascinated by the 3D computer home design aspect and enjoy seeing their dream home come to life even before a shovel is put into the ground. They are then more comfortable making decisions with the design when they can visualize the plan in 3D, unlike the outdated 2D standard utilized by many design firms today.
