I discovered Thor F/X through a discount special, and I'm so glad I did. Their tech came right on time, thoroughly cleaned the PC and then checked drives and software to keep things running quickly and smoothly. He downloaded a couple of malware programs for me and made sure I knew how to use them. He was respectful, used layman's language and was very pleasant to deal with. My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.
