I purchased my cell phone there, a month later I came in to have the phone updated and reconfigured. Selena(I hope I have the name right) was in electronics, she was knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions, helped me and answered questions from other customers . Originally I went into The Source to look for a battery for my old 2007 laptop and they could not find me a new battery because of so many new versions of my laptop came out (and my battery was "discontinued"). Thankfully they told me I would have better luck with 1 Stop Computers just up the road bc they managed to find my battery (not expensive-delivered to their place of business in just days). I also had a broken space bar they fixed for free! Honestly good people and good businessmen!

Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!
